I am the Digital Initiatives Librarian at Minnesota State University, Mankato and manager of Cornerstone, our University's Institutional Repository. My position provides leadership and direction for the development, growth and maintenance of Cornerstone, our Digital Commons repository. I am a member of the Archives and Preservation Team within the Library Services Department, and I assist in the development of our archival digital collections found in our Islandora repository, Arch. I also lead our digital preservation efforts in the Archives.  I am the library liaison to the departments of Automotive and Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical and Computer Engineering and Technology, Integrated Engineering, and Mechanical and Civil Engineering. I have a MLIS degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Master of Arts degree in history from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
